Following that rather “interesting” horror flick, we now have something a bit darn sad but could be an interesting release none the less. I remember just recently I saw a poster with a picture of Steven Fry, and below it said: “1 in 4 people, like me, have a mental health problem…“. A figure I find quite remarkable, and so could be good to watch - especially to be able to help spot the signs in friends and family so they can get the help they need.

From depressed, suicidal teens to parents unaware of what may be troubling their own children to those on the front lines of prevention and care, CRY FOR HELP provides a rare and important look at mental illness among young adults. Through their own words, the program documents their stories, their emotional struggles, their lives in crisis. CRY FOR HELP affords a new understanding of the teens world. In doing so, it explores treatments, mental health testing and community healing programs to give parents and educators a basis for recognizing the warning signs of teens in trouble.
